cancellation & refund policy

• Paid trial — one-time payment of USD $0.69 (or equivalent in your billing currency) per account, ever. Unlocks limited coaching features for one real launch attempt.
• Pro subscription — recurring billing at USD $9.99/month or USD $69.99/year (approximately USD $5.83/month when billed annually). Unlocks unlimited coaching features while active.

OrganiqReddit is digital software delivered immediately upon payment. It does not post to Reddit on your behalf. You copy drafts and post manually.

Paid trial ($0.69)

The trial is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. There is nothing to cancel after payment — access continues under trial limits until you upgrade to Pro or your trial entitlements are exhausted per the plan description on our pricing page.

Pro subscription

You may cancel Pro at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals only.

1. Sign in at organiqreddit.com/account
2. Open Manage billing — you will be redirected to Stripe's secure Customer Portal
3. Cancel the subscription in Stripe

After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current paid billing period (monthly or yearly, whichever applies). When the period ends, your account reverts to no active plan and the Chrome extension coaching features will require a new subscription or trial (if eligible).

You may also email support@organiq.space from your registered account email if you cannot access the billing portal.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

• Trial ($0.69): Non-refundable. One purchase per email/account, ever. By completing checkout you acknowledge immediate delivery of digital access.
• Pro subscription: Non-refundable for any billing period already paid. Canceling stops the next renewal only — we do not prorate or refund unused days in the current period unless required by mandatory applicable law.

This policy is disclosed at checkout and on our pricing page before you pay. If Indian law grants you a mandatory refund right in specific circumstances (e.g. defective service not remedied within a reasonable time), contact support@organiq.space and we will review your case in good faith.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first at support@organiq.space before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for a legitimately delivered digital service may result in account suspension.

OrganiqReddit requires an internet connection, a compatible Chrome browser (114+ with Side Panel support), an organiqreddit.com account, and an active trial or Pro plan. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services (Reddit, Stripe, AI providers). Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when practicable.
